Form and function

Chad Vivian (left)   sets a form for the front plaza of the Lake Terrace office building on   Wilson Street in Madison Friday while Bret Bauer gets a bird’s-eye view.   Bauer and Vivian are part of general contractor J.H. Findorff & Son Inc.’s   crew renovating the building for an estimated $3.2 million. The Madison   company is gutting and remodeling the first and second floors of the building,   adding new HVAC systems and rebuilding the front plaza area. Findorff   started on the job in early August and plans to reach completion by March   1.
