The initial phase  of demolition is under way on the site of the old West Bend Corporation factory  that is being converted into a $90 million community, River Shores. Developed  by Riverbend Development LLC, a partnership between Hendricks Group and Endeavour  Group, the new community rests on 44 acres along the Milwaukee River in West Bend.  Demolition of several of the site’s 10 buildings began earlier this month in order  to make room for construction of the development’s first phase, which will include  townhouses, river homes and lofts.
