Department
of Commerce Secretary Mary Burke gives the keynote address at the Daily Reporter
Publishing Co.’s Top Projects 2004 award ceremony, held Wednesday at the Country
Springs Hotel, Waukesha. Almost 250 construction industry representatives attended
the third annual event honoring the 20 best projects built in Wisconsin last year.
