Just because a company is issued OSHA citations does not mean they are (or are not) in compliance with OSHA reg’s. Sometimes OSHA issues citations incorrectly, or they may not have all the info. While more and more states are mandating the OSHA 10 hour course, the truth is that it has never been easier to get certified. OSHA approved courses are now available to be taken online for roughly 1/3 the price of on site training. Online courses also offer the taker to learn at their own pace and in an environment that is comfortable.
