The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will hold a public hearing Sept. 29 on the Highway 10 corridor study between Interstate 39 and Portage County Road B, east of Stevens Point.
WisDOT seeks testimony on the proposed mapping of the future highway corridor.
The hearing is scheduled for 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the gymnasium of Bannach Elementary School, 5400 Walter St., Stevens Point.
The preferred corridor route begins with an interchange at I-39 between Portage County Road HH and Porter Road, continues east for nine miles and connects with Highway 10 just north of Lake Road.
Local representatives, property owners and other interested parties are invited to the hearing. WisDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and a court reporter will be present to record testimony.
