The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin Thursday released its final environmental impact statement for the Glacier Hills Wind Park in Columbia County.
The proposed project would consist of a 90-turbine wind farm with a capacity of up to 207 megawatts within 17,350 acres of mostly agricultural land in the towns of Randolph and Scott.
A public hearing on the project is scheduled for 3 to 7 p.m. Nov. 4 at Randolph Town Hall.
The PSC is scheduled to make its final decision on the project by Jan. 25.
