Holloway as saying that Milw Co wanted to be a "team player", I think his action in opposing this application is anything but being a team player. I think the County Board Chairs and County Executives involved need to show some leadership on this issue if they think that regional mass transit is a good idea. One county holding the three county project funding hostage is unseemly at best and counterproductive for sure. As a Milwaukee County resident, it is these types of actions that cause me to wonder about whether hope and change are anything other than convenient rhetoric to get elected.
