I think the County Board Chairs and County Executives involved need to show some leadership on this issue if they think that regional mass transit is a good idea. One county holding the three county project funding hostage is unseemly at best and counterproductive for sure.

As a Milwaukee County resident, it is these types of actions that cause me to wonder about whether hope and change are anything other than convenient rhetoric to get elected.</description>
