Surrounded by chilled-water supply pipes, Dave Ramuta of Hurt Electric Inc., Menomonee Falls, inspects a starter for the new air conditioning system in the basement of the Milwaukee County Historical Society, 910 N. Old World Third St. in Milwaukee. General contractor J.H. Findorff & Son Inc., Madison, completed 5,500 square feet of renovations to the building in 2009, and is finishing the fourth phase of the project, which involves renovation of the basement, first floor and mezzanine levels and the roof.
