Wisconsin Department of Transportation Secretary Mark Gottlieb announced Wednesday who will lead the state agency’s four major divisions.

Three of the four administrators have previous experience in their roles. That prior knowledge should benefit all of WisDOT, Gottlieb said in a news release, not just their respective divisions.

His appointees are Denise Solie, who will remove her “acting administrator” tag for the Division of Business Management. Lynne Judd will retain her role as the Division of Motor Vehicles administrator, a position she has held since 2005. Mark Wolfgram will also continue to oversee the WisDOT Division of Transportation Investment Management division, making it eight years he has held the administrative post.

Dan Grasser will lead WisDOT’s Division of Transportation System Development. Grasser previously directed the DTSD North Central Region office.
