Kirk Krueger of Arteaga Construction Inc., Milwaukee, sets concrete blocks Thursday during work on the Beerline B Apartments in Milwaukee. Bedrock Construction Co. LLC, Fox Point, is the general contractor and Northtrack Construction Inc., a subsidiary of Hoff Group Inc., Fox Point, is the construction manager.
