Joe Kurth of Crowley Construction Corp., Wauwatosa, cuts a piece of preformed plastic Wednesday during a road project at North Bartlett Avenue and East Capitol Drive in Shorewood. The crew was expecting to work in the area of Capitol Drive for several more weeks, placing the markings as part of the road improvement.
