Jake Harmann of Zignego Co. Inc., Waukesha, uses a 16-foot-wide float Wednesday while pouring concrete on the eastbound lanes of Interstate 94 in Madison. The work is part of the freeway reconstruction from Interstate 90 east to County Highway N. The project will add a third lane to the expressway and is scheduled to be complete in November.
