BELOIT, Wis. (AP) — A food and beverage ingredient company with regional headquarters in Beloit will get a $1.5 million state loan to help with its expansion.
Gov. Scott Walker said Wednesday Kerry Ingredients and Flavours is planning an expansion that will add 67 new jobs. Kerry spokesman Jim Egan said the company is planning to invest in research and development and improve its response to customer and market demand.
The company plans to spend $20 million on expanding the Kerry Customer Center in Beloit and other production facilities around Wisconsin.
The company employs about 800 people statewide.
