Bob Burger of Choice Construction Cos. Inc., Menomonee Falls, sets the last beam of a tunnel in the Mitchell Interchange on Wednesday in Milwaukee. The work will make up part of the first of two tunnels that will link eastbound I-894 to northbound I-94 in the interchange.
