An employee of Malcolm Drilling Co. Inc., San Francisco, monitors a concrete pour Aug. 31 during work on the Mitchell Interchange in Milwaukee. The work will make up part of the second of two tunnels that will link eastbound Interstate 894 to northbound Interstate 94 in the interchange.
