Caution: Lane changes ahead

Traffic passes through a new tunnel Monday built as part of the Mitchell Interchange in Milwaukee. The 645-foot-long tunnel opened Sunday morning and is the first of three to open as part of the project. It links traffic from northbound Interstate 94 to westbound Interstate 894.
