A crew with Chilstrom Erecting Corp., West Milwaukee, places rebar on the top deck of a tunnel while preparing for a concrete pour Wednesday in Milwaukee. The tunnel will link traffic between eastbound Interstate 894 and northbound Interstate 94 through the Mitchell Interchange and is expected to be open by the end of the year.
