OSHA is way out of line with their fine structures. Why even fine a company for a firs time violation, have them get it fix, then I'd it happens again, then fine them. So all that will happen her is this company will close down, and layoff more US workers. Don't get me wrong, a safe environment should be made available, but why or work with the companies, instead of putting them out of buisness.
