Delbert White of Bellcraft Builders Inc., Waukesha, uses a nail gun to frame a wall Jan. 27 while working at the Sherman Park Senior Living Community in Milwaukee. The four-story, 115,553-square-foot project is rehabilitating the former Jackie Robinson School and creating a 68-unit residential facility. Gorman & Co.
