Chris Patti, a site supervisor with J.P. Cullen & Sons Inc., Janesville, talks about the Carlson Hall renovation project on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater while surrounded by students from the college Tuesday. Cullen & Sons is overseeing the renovation of the 39-year-old, 77,300-square-foot building and its 5,417-square-foot addition.
