Eduardo Perea of Cabinet & Counters LLC, Milwaukee, installs a kitchen shelf at Dwell Bay View in Milwaukee on Friday. The Milwaukee office of Madison-based KBS Construction Inc. is the construction manager on 70-unit apartment complex that also has space for three retail outlets on the ground level.
