• Arnie Christiansen Mason Contractor LLC, Franksville, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 28 to reduce a $2,700 requirements-for-masonry-construction citation to $1,500, a $2,700 ladders citation to $0 and two scaffolding citations, totaling $2,700, to $1,500. The company and OSHA also agreed Oct. 4 to dismiss a $2,700 powered-industrial-trucks citation. The company was issued the citations Sept. 14 during a masonry job in Sheboygan.
• Victoria’s Roofing, Neenah, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 3 to reduce a $3,000 fall-protection citation to $1,600. The company was issued the citation Oct. 14 during a roofing job on Prospect Avenue in Appleton.
• Premier Plastering, Cedar Grove, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 8 to reduce three scaffolding citations, totaling $6,840, to $2,100. The company was issued the citations Oct. 25 during a specialty trade job at 1307 S. Main St., West Bend.
• Watry Homes LLC, New Berlin, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 9 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $2,100. The company was issued the citation Oct. 21 during a framing job at 201 Auxiliary Court, West Bend.
• Jones Sign Co. Inc., De Pere, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 10 to reduce a $3,825 aerial-lifts citation to $2,500. The company was issued the citation Sept. 30 during a specialty trade job at 1268 E. Sumner St., Hartford.
• Rock & Tait Exteriors LLC, Chippewa Falls, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on Nov. 10 to reduce a $2,800 eye-and-face-protection citation to $1,000 and a $38,500 fall-protection citation to $19,250. The company was issued the citations Oct. 19 during a roofing job at 2332 Fifth St., Eau Claire.
