How ridiculous, this whole lawsuit is a waste of time and resources. So is A-1 Security Locksmiths a person, or a business? It cannot ride the fence and be both. If the business fax number is listed publicly, then they are inviting communications by fax. This one page fax is clearly not a violation of the business' privacy. What a sad day for America.
