Work to close Lilly Road for a month

Waukesha County travelers, take note: Lilly Road will be closed between July 23 and Aug. 31, according to a WisDOT new release.

The closure will affect Lilly Road between Newell Drive and Ranch Road at Capitol Drive. It’s the result of work on WIS 190 (Capitol Drive) from Brookfield Road to WIS 100 in Waukesha and Milwaukee counties.

Crews will permit local traffic and business access.

Use these detours:

Northbound: east on Burleigh, north on 124th, northwest on Lisbon.
Southbound: southeast on Lisbon, south on 124th, west on Burleigh.
