Glenn Rieder buys millwork competitor

Milwaukee-based Glenn Rieder Inc. bought Quality Cabinet and Fixture Co. of San Diego and its Mexican subsidiary, according to a news release from Glenn Rieder.

Glenn Rieder and Quality Cabinets make and install architectural millwork – woodmill-produced construction interior finish components such as doors, crown molding, window casings and baseboards.

Glenn Rieder’s offices are in Milwaukee, Chicago and Las Vegas. The company produces architectural millwork at its 10,000-square-foot plant in Milwaukee, which employs more than 100 cabinet makers, engineers and project professionals.

Quality Cabinets has administrative offices in San Diego, and operates a 65,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Tijuana, Mexico.
