Scott Steinke of Rural Masonry Co. Inc., Madison, builds a block wall Aug. 9 at the North End in Milwaukee. Ray Hintz GC LLC, Caledonia, is the construction manager on phase two of the North End project, which is adding a parking ramp and two five-story buildings that will allow for 155 apartments.
