Lou Marciano of Foundation Service Corp., Hudson, Iowa, positions a helical pier extender while working at International Autos Aug. 29 in West Allis. Rammed Aggregate Pier Systems and helical piers are being used to support the projects foundation, which is being built in difficult subsoil.
