Construction workers build a new Juneau Avenue bridge using lifts over the Milwaukee River on Monday in Milwaukee. Edward Kraemer & Sons Inc., Plain, is the general contractor on the project. The company is rebuilding the bridge. It is expected to be complete in November. (Staff photo by Kevin Harnack)
