MADISON, Wis. (AP) – Gov. Scott Walker is urging his supporters to sign a petition in support of his law restricting collective bargaining that a judge last week largely struck down as unconstitutional.
Walker sent an email Thursday to supporters urging them to sign the online petition that derides Dane County Circuit Judge Juan Colas as an “activist” who “chose to put politics ahead of your votes.”
Madison teachers’ attorney Vince Powers has criticized Walker for attacking the judge instead of the merits of the decision. He has called on Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen to say whether he stands by the statements.
Van Hollen has declined to comment. He asking Colas to put the ruling on hold while it is being appealed.

We as Wisconsin citizens are getting tired of these ridiculous shenanigans from the unions. We have voted on this issue TWICE, and it has cost us as taxpayers MILLIONS! Let it go already!

I am outraged at this ego inflated judge overriding the peoples wishes and the legislatures
decision. We need to remove this man from office. He has overstepped his authority.Posted on 09/20/12 at 4:20 pm -
Vicki Meske says:
I voted for Scott Walker because I agreed with his policies and I was in agreement with the law restricting collective bargaining. A liberal judge has no business cancelling my vote and voice. These egotistical judges need to be put out of office. They are not speaking or thinking of the public and tax payers. All they are doing is playing into the union.

Are all of you posters so blinded by political idealogy that you’ll ignore the rights granted under both the Wisconsin and U.S. Constitutions?
You’re the ones with the problem.
