Rough landing

Police investigate a plane crash in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 94 north of Highway 11 near Racine on Monday night. A Skydive Midwest plane slid onto the interstate while attempting to land at the Sturtevant airport. No one was injured, according to a news release from WisDOT.
