Ryan Niegocki of VJS Construction Services Inc., Pewaukee, secures wooden blocks to metal studs Jan. 28 at the LightHorse 4041 in Shorewood. The mixed-used apartment complex will feature 84 apartments, an 18,000-square-foot Walgreens pharmacy and more than 200 public and private parking stalls.
