• Corbar Companies LLC, Hugo, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 8 to reduce a $4,200 fall-protection citation to $2,520, a $2,800 ladders citation to $1,960 and a $2,800 work-platform citation to $1,960. The company and OSHA also agreed to dismiss a $700 reporting-fatality-injury-and-illness-information-to-the-government citation. The company was issued the citations March 13 during a single-family housing job in Hudson.

• Squared Away Builders Inc., West Bend, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 10 to reduce a $4,000 general-safety-and-health-provisions citation $2,400. The company was issued the citation March 20 during a framing job in Pewaukee.

• Sevenson Environmental Services Inc., Niagara Falls, N.Y., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 10 to reduce a $4,675 aerial-lifts citation to $3,272.50. The company was issued the citation March 13 during a remediation job in Sheboygan.

• Nate’s Affordable Roofing LLC, Argonne, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 15 to dismiss a $1,700 fall-protection citation. The company was issued the citation Feb. 5 during a roofing job at 3045 Airline Road, Racine.

• Wapasha Construction Co. Inc., Winona, Minn., reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 15 to reduce a $2,000 liquefied-petroleum-gas citation to $1,400. The company was issued the citation March 27 during a commercial and institutional building job at W8349 County Fair Ground Road, Ladysmith.

• Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council Inc., Independence, reached an informal settlement with OSHA on April 16 to reduce a $3,060 hazard-communication citation to $1,836 and two respiratory-protection citations, totaling $5,355, to $3,213. The company was issued the citations March 27 during a residential remodeling job in Eau Claire.
