Northern Gear plans move to Muskego

The city of Muskego will hold a public hearing Tuesday to discuss its proposal to issue $7.2 million in bonds to help finance Northern Gear LLC’s move from Franklin.

The Industrial Development Revenue Bonds would help cover Northern Gear’s land acquisition and construction costs, according to a hearing notice. Northern Gear, a gear manufacturing and machining company, plans to build a 98,000-square-foot building at W160 S6609 Commerce Drive.

The hearing will begin at 7 p.m. at City Hall, W182 S8200 Racine Ave.
