WHEN COMPLETED: The environmentally sustainable building will include office space, IT access, an on-site fitness center, multi-media conference center, parking, concierge service, restaurant, and a skywalk connecting the US Bank Center Galleria and parking ramp.
Milwaukee-based Irgens Partners LLC plans to begin demolition Wednesday on its 18-story office tower on East Michigan Street in Milwaukee.
