Catalyst provides stimulus for future workforce


When Bradley Tech High School students applied to be a part of an educational construction project at the Freshwater Plaza in Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point neighborhood, they probably expected some hands-on work with tools. What they didn’t expect was to get lessons on the business-side of the project, including acquiring land or leasing a finished building.
