New leaders were announced for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Wisconsin Inc.
Stanley R. Sugden, Ruekert & Mielke Inc., is president. Sugden is a principal and the department head of the civil/municipal division of Ruekert & Mielke. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Dolan & Dustin Inc.
Dolan & Dustin Inc. named Richard Gumpert president and treasurer of the firm. James Knoerr was named vice president, secretary and principal.
Irgens Development Partners LLC
Thomas Irgens joined Irgens Development Partners LLC as a development representative.
He will assist in development projects including project feasibility analysis, market research, planning and design oversight, contract adherence, obtaining government approvals and permits, leasing and more.
Reprographic Technologies Inc.
Dan Stone joined the sales team at Reprographic Technologies Inc. He is in charge of business development and will spearhead the effort to integrate the company’s clients with the latest in construction document management technology.
The Price Erecting Co.
Jim Luedtke joined The Price Erecting Co. as project manager. He specializes in managing movement of machinery and installing new machinery and robotic systems. He also handles rigging applications and machinery alignment and leveling.
Vierbicher Associates Inc.
Ben Zellers, a planner and community development consultant at Vierbicher Associates Inc., received his American Institute of Certified Planners designation from the American Planning Association.
He received his master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a member of the APA. He also earned bachelor’s degrees in geography and urban and regional planning from Miami University.
