Cardinal Capital Management Inc., Milwaukee, and Milwaukee County Supervisor Jason Haas will hold a public information meeting Tuesday to discuss proposed renovations to the Marian Center for Nonprofits’ Loretto Hall in St. Francis that would create 44 apartment units.
