Milwaukee County could spend about $18.5 million during the next three years to fix aging buildings before they are sold or demolished.
The Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting at 1:30 p.m. March 12 to discuss Milwaukee-based CBRE Inc.’s recommendations for selling unneeded properties.
