State gets $4.5M from feds for highway upgrades

Wisconsin will get more than $4.5 million in federal grants for highway improvement and planning. The money will be used for highway-related efforts, including $3.75 million for the reconstruction of the I-94/SR 65 interchange in St. Croix County.
