As one project fell to the wayside this month, two others within a 10-mile radius are forging ahead in the once-promising senior housing rental market. 
For the past seven years, the Commission House in Milwaukee’s Third Ward has been home to 30 condo owners and a handful of businesses, including a law firm and hair salon.
