WOODSTOCK, Ill. (AP) – A 34-year-old man was struck and killed by a car while working for the Illinois Department of Transportation in northern Illinois. DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — Gov. Terry Branstad has named a Wisconsin man as the new director of the Iowa Department of Transportation.
