MILWAUKEE (AP) — A downtown Milwaukee parking garage is set to reopen a year after an exterior concrete panel fell and killed a 15-year-old boy. With a bid of $538,433, the Janesville-based J.P. Cullen & Sons Inc. was awarded the contract to do the repair work on the O’Donnell Park garage, according to Jack Takerian, Milwaukee County director of transportation and public works.
