OSHA reports • McHugh Excavating and Plumbing Inc., Onalaska, reached a formal settlement with OSHA on Sept. 23 to reduce a $2,800 safety-training-and-education citation to $1,000; two specific-excavation-requirements citations, totaling $5,600, to $2,000; and three requirements-for-excavation-protective-systems citations, totaling $14,000, to $5,600.
