Developer buys Germantown land for new project

NAI MLG Commercial Inc., Brookfield, recently coordinated the sale of 10.24 acres in the village of Germantown to developer Paul Stangl. Stangl intends to build a 55,000-square-foot facility to house two companies, DexM and Wisconsin Stamping, according to a news release from NAI MLG.
