Bids due for Green Bay addition, remodel


Bids are due Oct. 7 for a $2.5 million office addition and remodeling project   at the Department of Transportation District 3 Headquarters facility in Green   Bay. Work includes 32,000 square feet of extensive office remodeling and new   construction of a 4,500-square-foot one-story steel frame and masonry garage   addition and a 500-square-foot entry addition.


Rebid for Waukesha justice center expansion


Bids are due Sept. 25 on a rebid for the following trades for a $28.8 million   Waukesha County Jail renovation and expansion project: masonry; structural steel;   steel erection; roofing; fireproofing; ceramic tile; acoustical treatment; painting;   metal lockers; and security electronics.


Rebid for Kenosha senior housing development


Proposals for construction cost budgeting are due Sept. 19 from selected general   contractors only on a rebid for senior housing in Kenosha, involving a 160-unit   apartment complex and 24 ranch-style homes. Tarantino & Company of Waukesha   is the developer. AG Architecture of Wauwatosa is the architect.


Bids due for Theresa earthwork, sewer, watermain


Bids are due Sept. 16 for earthwork, sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer   at Valley Estates Subdivision in Theresa. Plans will be available after Sept.   8 from engineer J.E. Arthur & Associates Inc. of Fond du Lac.


Bids due for wetland restoration in Portage


Bids are due Oct. 1 for the Savoy Wetland restoration project in Portage for   the Department of Agriculture. A pre-bid meeting will be held Sept. 16.


Bids due for paving work in Milwaukee


Bids are due Sept. 19 for paving work in Milwaukee.
