A/E services sought for state projects

 

Letters of interest are due Oct. 27 for architect/engineer services for several   state projects including: a $2,128,200 indoor recreation project at Wisconsin   Secure Program Facility in Boscobel; a $1,271,800 outdoor recreation project   at Wisconsin Secure Program Facility in Boscobel; a $1.9 million EMS/HVAC system   renovation at Phillips Science Hall at University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire; a   new $969,100 DNR ranger station in Pembine; and a new $775,500 DNR ranger station   in Winter. The above projects have all been authorized to proceed through the   planning, bidding and construction phases.

 

Bids due for interceptor sewer in Oak Creek

 

Bids are due Nov. 19 for construction of the Oak Creek south interceptor sewer.   The project is scheduled for completion within 365 days. A pre-bid meeting will   be held Oct. 30. Reprographic Technologies of Milwaukee is distributing plans.

 

Sub-trade bids due for Eau Claire church expansion

 

Sub-trade bids are due Oct. 23 for an expansion at Unitarian Universalist Fellowship   in Eau Claire, including a 3,800-square-foot classroom, office, toilet and elevator   addition, and associated remodeling. Market & Johnson Inc. of Eau Claire   is the general contractor.

 

Invited bids due for Brookfield church expansion

 

Invited bids are due Oct. 27 for an addition and remodeling at the Brookfield   Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including a 1,524-square-foot   Stake Suite (office area) addition, remodeling, a parking lot addition and a   water service extension.

 

Bids due for Oshkosh standby power system, SCADA

 

Bids are due Dec. 11 for construction of a new standby engine generator facility   and SCADA upgrades at the Oshkosh Wastewater Treatment Plant. A pre-bid meeting   will be held Dec. 2. Strand Associates Inc. of Madison is the engineer.
