River Falls/Dairy Science Teaching Facility

Phase: THIS IS A REBID, cost estimate $5 million. In general the work consists of construction of a milking parlor, a holding area and transfer lanes, a machine shed, a waste handling building, a liquid manure storage tank, a waste handling system, a classroom building, a heifer barn, a calf barn, a feed mix building, a hay shed, a bunker silo, silage and compost pads and all related HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. Site work includes grading of 13 acres, a surface water retention pond, utility work to serve new facilities, parking lots and drives, sidewalks and landscaping.
