Steven J. Roloff, Board Member
and Director of Structural Services at engineering firm Arnold & O’Sheridan
Inc. (A&O), was elected last week to the Parking Consultants Council (PCC)
of the National Parking Association., the parking industry’s leading organization
for the parking design professionals. Roloff is a registered Professional Engineer
in the states of Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio.
Lynn Litzau has joined the staff of Bret Achtenhagen’s
Seasonal Services, Mukwonago, as a maintenance account representative. Her primary
role will be to work with the new and existing landscape maintenance clients.
She has a degree in horticulture/landscape design.
Talisa
Larson has joined the Jansen Group, Inc., Milwaukee. She is an administrative
associate and receptionist. She will assist project managers on jobs and manage
the front reception area. Talisa has 7 years of administrative/receptionist experience
and has previous experience in the construction field.
KJWW Engineering Consultants announced that Hans Noel has
achieved the status of licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin by successfully
completing the Professional Engineer examination. KJWW now employs more than 70
Professional Engineers.
Noel joined KJWW in 2001 after earning his bachelor
of science degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University.
The Milwaukee office of construction manager and general
contractor M. A. Mortenson Company announced the addition of two new team members.
Joe
Bracken has joined the Mortenson team as a field engineer. In his new position,
he will be responsible for onsite engineering on a variety of projects. Bracken
holds a bachelor of science degree in construction management from the University
of Nebraska at Lincoln.
Mark Tomsyck joins Mortenson as a project
manager. In his new position, he will be responsible for the overall supervision
of projects including contract administration, procurement, subcontract awards,
scheduling and costing, staff oversight and quality control. Tomsyck holds a bachelor
of science degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.
Stewart
M. Wangard, president of Wangard Partners Inc., Waukesha, has been appointed
to the Mixed-Use Development II Forum, National Association of Industrial and
Office Properties National Forums Chair Pamela A. Knox, has announced.
This
forum is limited to principal members who are actively involved in mixed-use property
development, ownership and investment.
Riley Construction Company Inc. announced today that as part of the firm’s
original long-term plan, Tom Riley has fulfilled his term as president
and effective Jan. 1, 2006, Dave Riley has been named president. The structure
of the company will remain the same. Tom, Barb and Dave Riley will continue
to direct Riley Construction as a team. Tom Riley, named executive vice president,
will continue to be an integral part of the management of the operations of the
company, and will also manage Riley Properties, a real estate development division
of Riley Construction.
Barb Riley will continue to lead the firm’s
new business development efforts as vice president.
Prior to taking the
position of President, Dave was vice president of Operations. Riley received his
bachelor of science degree in construction from Arizona State University’s College
of Engineering and Applied Science and has worked for Riley Construction since
1992.
