Nicholas Damro joined Crispell-Snyder Inc.’s Milwaukee office as a transportation engineer.
He has more than five years of transportation and municipal engineering experience and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is accredited in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and holds a civil engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Rebecca M. Houghtaling joined Crispell-Snyder Inc.’s Milwaukee office as an urban planner. She has experience in land use planning and policy, municipal planning, transportation planning, recreation planning, urban design, sustainable development and community development.
Houghtaling is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and the American Planning Association. She earned her master’s degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Richard Bub and Paul Eiring were elected to serve three-year terms on Graef’s board of directors.
Bub is the president and chief executive at Graef. He has been at the firm for 32 years.
Eiring serves as a firm vice president and leader of the Infrastructure Group. He has been at the firm for 29 years.
Other members of the Graef board include David Castillo, Kenneth Grebe, John Goetter, John Kissinger and Burt Naumann. Luther Graef and Robert Agnew serve as advisory directors to the corporation.
Hoffman LLC employees Dave Dickinson and Wendy Leeman earned their LEED accreditation.
Dickinson is one of the firm’s project superintendents whose main responsibility centers on the coordination of daily activities at construction sites.
Leeman, a project manager, is responsible for overseeing the construction management process and ensuring customer satisfaction with budget, schedule and product quality.

Gordon Welk, commercial sales manager at Joe Wilde Company Inc., is president of the Southeastern Wisconsin chapter of the Central States Door Dealer Association.

Wisconsin Land Information Association Committee
David Flack, senior geographic information system analyst in the Technology Services Department at Ruekert & Mielke Inc., was appointed co-chair of the Wisconsin Land Information Association’s Technical Issues and Information Policy Committee.
The committee studies land information issues and provides a forum for examining new land information ideas.
Flack designs GIS for local municipalities. He also is responsible for the operation and project management of GIS-related services. He holds a master’s degree in urban planning and a GIS certificate from the UW-Milwaukee and a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the UW-Madison.
