A senior project manager at Hoffman, Aubrey is responsible for project coordination, ranging from developing concepts and preparing architectural drawings to management of the construction process.

Thomas Burse, owner of Buveck Consultants LLC, is president of the Wisconsin chapter of the National Association of Minority Contractors.
Burse has more than 30 years’ experience in construction management and administration. He is a member of the Wisconsin Governor’s Council on Workforce Investment, Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett’s roundtable, several Wisconsin Department of Transportation committees, and the U.S. Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise subcommittee.

Lietha has 12 years of experience as a project engineer and project manager with a national engineering firm.
He has worked on numerous public works projects including the design of sanitary sewer and water distribution systems, business parks, street reconstructions and storm-water management.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and is a professional engineer in Wisconsin.
